Marketing and Paid Search Manager
ZeroSweat looking for a marketing manager who will oversee all PPC efforts as well as all marketplaces. 
Must have previous experience managing google ads accounts.  2+ years of google ads experience preferred. E-commerce experience critical. You will have managed ad accounts for other companies selling physical products. You will audit all our campaigns and continually tweak them to produce better results. We have been using an outside agency but we want to take it all in-house.
You will take charge of all Amazon sponsored ads. Similar to google ads but on the amazon platform. You will weekly audit the campaigns and find ways to increase reach and reduce spend. 
We are planning to expand our Amazon marketplace reach. We are doing well in the USA but we want to expand to EU and other marketplaces. You will be responsible for making sure we are set up properly including VAT registration.
Email marketing is where we need lots of improvement. You will create an email marketing program that keeps our current customers engaged and encourages them to help spread the word.
You will work to develop relationships with international distributers who can shoulder some of the heavy load of expanding internationally. 
You must be comfortable using a computer especially excel. You love clean data and you keep your reports updated because it’s amazing that way. 
You should be willing and able to help out in the warehouse during busy times. Occasionally we get in a huge shipment and we need help unloading a semi. We are a small company and everyone pitches in to help each other out.
This is a big responsibility in the company and has potential for more opportunities as you prove your capabilities and ambition. Also helps if you don’t suck at ping pong. Or exploding kittens. Don’t know what that is? Look it up.

Customer Service/Office and Warehouse Manager

ZeroSweat is looking for an all around employee to manage the office and warehouse.
You will be responsible for a large variety of tasks including customer service, shipping, warehouse management, inventory levels management. 
You will have lots of different tasks that will change as we grow the business. One day you will be pulling orders and shipping pallets of product in the warehouse. The next day you might be coordinating with a distributer in South America. The next day you may be analyzing keywords for google ads. You need to be willing to learn and experiment and try new things as well as do the day to day tasks that keep a business running.

You must be comfortable with a computer. Fast typing and knowing your way around the internet. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb a ladder. We don’t do aerobics but you do need to be able to muscle around some boxes.
This is a part time position. Hours are 9-3 M-F. Flexible schedule when needed. Laid back work environment. 
Pay starts at $15 an hour depending on experience and skills

ZeroSweat.com is looking for a COO/Sales Manager/#2 in the company.
You will be responsible for every aspect of the company. From warehouse management to human resources to international expansion to accounting.    
We have lofty sales goals. You will need to have the skills and experience to reach those goals!
A partial list of tasks includes:
Get our product locally on all Amazon sites across the world
Be complaint with all international laws and taxing
Establish international distribution relationships
Hire employees for customer service and operations and development. 
Since we are still in startup mode you will some days do very basic tasks like inventory management and customer service. Other days you will be locking up 6 figure sales deals with international distributers. Then you might be figuring out some coding on a website. And you will be responsible for learning each task and training employees to do them as we grow. Even though we are selling a physical product I like to think of this as an online company. Tech  skills are critical. You need to know your way around a computer and the internet and e-commerce.
