So if you’re a spicy food lover, maybe consider eating it when you’re alone for the day to avoid excessively sweating at the local Mexican restaurant that has the ultimate spicy burrito that you love so much. 
 
Or, simply just order takeout and eat your spicy food in the comfort of your own home.

2) Be a Vampire

But, think more along the lines of avoiding direct sunlight.
In order to sweat less, stay cool by adorning a hat and carrying around a parasol to block the sun. Carrying around something to fan yourself with (a folder or an actual fan) is a good option to help stay cool when you do start to sweat.

DO wear: 
  • Breathable fabrics like cotton and linen
  • Moisture-wicking material
 
DO NOT wear: 
  • Polyester, rayon, or synthetic fabrics (it traps the sweat)
  • Silk, it’s just a bad idea
 
Certain clothing styles can even help conceal sweating, since you’re likely to sweat no matter what, might as well try and hide it as much as possible.
 
When it comes to color, lean towards darker or lighter clothing to hide pit stains or back sweat. Colors like black, navy blue, and white can hide sweat spots really well. Choosing clothing with busy patterns can also disguise sweat stains in a pinch.


4) Give Botox a Shot
